DISASTER....LOST MACINTOSH AND RECOVERY

I have a macbook pro MD 101 .i am also running windows 8 in it through bootcamp.there was some start up problem with the windows ,so i did a windows refresh.after the refresh while holding the option button at the time of starting up there is no macintosh and recovery option.i am afraid now as i think i lost my macintosh part .is it so ?

please help me out because there is a lot of important data in my macintosh HD .
