Logic X Flex Pitch Multiple Mono Tracks

Hello, I am trying to figure out a way to use flex pitch on a slide guitar track that was recorded useing multiple mics. For example, 2 amps, 2 mics, etc. When i do phased locked editing on the multiple tracks, they lock up perfectly as usual for flex time but not flex pitch. When you try to flex pitch each one seperatlely, they become out of phase.

Does anyone have any ides or a work around?

Thanks!

Same problem, but then with vocals recorded with 3 mics (main+ambient stereo pair). Each flex pitch track makes its own pitch analysis. It's impossible to hand-tune pitch corrections from two tracks, they are just different. For evidence, I spent an hour hand-tuning while looping one syllable: whatever you do, it never gets right, not even close.

So I hope there is a way to apply pitch changes made on one track onto other tracks, may even be cranky, I don't care. I've put a service desk request out at Apple for this.

One cost saving tip for ya'all: Do not waste $/€ 399 on buying the Celemony Melodyne plugin. Actually I did ±1 yr ago, it has the exact same problem, Melodyne 2nd line servicedesk said it's impossible. It's probably the same software, I think Apple licensed it for Logic X and called it Flex Pitch.
