Not so far as I am aware. I believe that since it is a subscription service that renews annually, you will need to use a credit card.

Thank you Winston Churchill, I called apple and they told me that was not possible, so I deleted a lot of data from my iCloud to make the size adequate to fit the new storage amount.

well, this morning I received the following email:
