Q: My phone is completely dead, won't power on/off, does not respond to charger. I cannot access serial no to contact Apple support. Anything to do with recently installing IOS7?

My phone has died. Was fully charged a few hours ago. It will not power on/off. Does not respond to charger. I cannot contact Apple Support as I cannot access serial no. Anything to do with recently installing IOS7. What can I do?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.1
