Can't render sequence in timeline. Error message : Insufficient disk space.

I am trying to render a short (30 sec.) clip FCP 7.0.3. It's in the sequence and when I try to render it, I get this error message: "Render error: insufficient disk space. Free up space with Render Manager and retry."

I deleted several items in the Render Manager, but it didn't help.

Here are a few screen caps to see my current settings.

The first thing I noticed is that you have precious little disc space available on the boot drive and that it is also set as the Capture/Scratch drive. You should only store media, including render files on a qualified drive other than the boot drive. An eSATA, SATA, Firewire or Thunderbolt drive running at a minimum of 7200rpm is recommended.

Also know that you should always maintain at least 20% free space on ALL drives, especially the boot drive.

It would also help to know what video format you're working with.
