Sep 30, 2013 1:34 PM in response to Browny137by Winston Churchill,Then perhaps you have deleted them by mistake, so far as I know it is only iTunes match that removes content from your device in order to replace it with other content.

Oct 1, 2013 12:07 PM in response to Winston Churchillby Browny137,I'm not using iTunes match and have definitley not deleted the songs by accident, not sure what's going on!

Oct 9, 2013 6:55 PM in response to Browny137by Steele73,I am having this issue as well. I do not have I tunes match and have not accidentally deleted the songs. I hit the iCloud symbol to download songs to my phone, only to see the symbol reappear. Sometimes on the same song and sometimes on a different song.

Oct 12, 2013 6:33 AM in response to Browny137by ArtyJayKay,I am having the same problems. Even with newly purchased music. This has only started after I updated my phone to iOS 7. Previously I have never had problems with downloading music. I am absolutely doing my crust!! I've updated to iOS 7.0.2, I've reinstated factory settings to start from scratch and only approximately 70% of chosen music will download. My intention had been to purchase the new iphone and a new iPod from Apple but am having real reservations about purchasing from this company ever again.

Oct 30, 2013 6:20 AM in response to Browny137by Have you seen my baseball?,I am having the same problem. In addition, all of my podcasts have the cloud/download arrow, and won't play. I called Apple and explained the problem and they said that it was a "known issue, and are working on a fix" - that's why I left Windows on PC's, becuase that was their reply. Now that Steve Jobs is gone they really don't seem to care about being making the operating system bulletproof anymore. Very disappointing.

Nov 2, 2013 10:11 AM in response to Have you seen my baseball?by Browny137,It's definitley annoying - and it's been going on for over a month now!

Nov 3, 2013 6:39 AM in response to Browny137by Steele73,Try this. It solved my issue. Sync the phone to iTunes via a computer. You may need to download the songs off of the cloud first and then sync. Try both ways

Dec 29, 2013 2:53 AM in response to Steele73by Levin Chin,Thanks, but this doesn't solve the problem since I only sync to iTunes via computer anyway. And all my music is on my computer, not on iCloud.

Jan 22, 2014 12:50 PM in response to Steele73by catherine31,I have the same problem. If all we needed to do was sync that is no problem. If this is 'Match' I'm not liking it. I don't do 'Siri' either.

Jan 22, 2014 2:24 PM in response to catherine31by Csound1,If this is Match you would have had to set it up, pay the twenty dollars and sign in. Did you?
-
Jan 22, 2014 4:12 PM in response to Csound1by catherine31,Right. I didn't sign up and I didn't pay. It was fixed but another route.
I tried deleting all the songs on my iPhone then syncing. Then going back and adding the songs and syncing. That didn't work by itself. But when I went to Music>...>Sharing and selected my iMac iTunes name THAT fixed it. When I synced my iPad, there was no 'Sharing' menu. But just deleting the songs and then resyncing with all the songs I wanted on it did fix it.
