Q: Some of my music seems to be mysteriously 'un-downloading' from my phone and showing as available for download on the iCloud.

I have this problem as well.  Just spent about 2 and one half hours with 3 different people at Apple.  No one could figure out what the problem is.  I have iTunes Match.  My music is on my computer, and I can download it on my iPad from the could.  But, I cannot download all of it from the cloud on my phone.  For example, I just purchased the new Lucinda Williams lbum.  3 or 4 of the songs show up on my phone as being in the cloud.  I punch on the cloud next to the song, it spins for a moment, and then it just goes back to the cloud icon.  Just a moment ago, I was playing one of the songs that did appear on my phone and then all the songs have the cloud icon by it and just spin when I click on it and do not download.  What is going on and why can't anyone at Apple figure this out?  I am running the latest version 7.0.4, and I have 57.2 gigs of capacity with 46.3 available.  Can ANYONE figure this out?????

Got to admit that this is not a fix. I haven't found one for the songs that have the red circle around a red square. Guess I have to make an appointment at the Genius Bar an hour plus away from here. Been using Apple/Mac/iStuff since 1984. I don't understand why Apple won't post a fix.
