Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I added wallpapers folder to the desktop and screensaver sidebar then I moved the folder to a different place,
Now, when I open the Desktop and Screensaver, it freezes all the time.
I tried to delete the files under libarary but i could not find any of them.
I rebuilt iPhoto, but it was not the problem.

You can always pull the system preferences plist in the hidden library folder. If you do that, you'll have to reset all your preferences.

How to do that?
Back up all data.
In the Finder, hold down the option key and select
Go ▹ Library
from the menu bar. From the Library folder, delete the following item, if it exists:
Caches/com.apple.systempreferences
and move the following item to the Desktop:
Preferences/com.apple.desktop.plist
Launch System Preferences and test. If you still have the issue, put the item on the Desktop back where it came from and post again. Otherwise, delete the item.
I'd suggest doing it in safe mode, just to keep things as clean as possible.
