On your iOS device, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Change Storage Plan and tap Purchase Current Plan. More details here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5527.
its being highlighted and tick on what i'm using plan, but why i do keep receiving an email of reminder saying i have using more than 5GB, and advice me to reduce usage in order some backup might stop functioning!
If you tapped Purchase Current Plan and confirmed it with your Apple ID password you should be all set. You could contact the Apple online store to confirm the purchase went through. If you're in the U.S., call 1-800-MY-APPLE.
I'm from Malaysia.
The plan i'm using is since my sign-up to MobileMe plan, would that be the cause of not being update to my account!?
I'm not sure but it looks like the number for the Apple online store in Malaysia is 1800-80-6419. You might try calling them to see if they can confirm your purchase.
