Siri reports problem - continual inability.

Ever since installing iOS7 Siri is continually crapping out. I get two messages, Sorry I can't answser that right now, try again later.

or

There is a problem. Please try again later.

Usually this problem is happening when I try and tell it to call a number or looks something up on the web. It is happening more and more frequently.

Instead of the wavy band of voice recognition, I see a screen with a static microphone and the phone won't respond to the power button with a new ding "listening" indicator. IT will ding but not listen.

Stumped and bummed.
