HTML signature image not loading correctly on replies and forwards

I am experiencing an issue on both my iPad 3rd Gen (iOS 7) and iPhone 5 (iOS 7.0.2). I have an HTML signature with a company logo in it. The signature appears fine on newly created emails, but whenever I reply to an email or forward it, the logo image in the signature appears below the signature text at the very end of the email and not above it like it is supposed to. It leaves a large empty space where the logo is supposed to be, and then the logo shows at the very bottom of the email.. I turned off the option in Settings to indent replies and forwards, but that did not fix the issue.

Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.
