Motion files exporting to all-black .Mov file...

I took a layered .PSD and animated the layers using standard keyframes over a stationary white background layer. I have done many projects like this, and for some reason this one will not export. Keeps showing up as all black... and when i try to play through it, it will not play at the normal speed but plays
1 frame = 1 second... Any thoughts on what the setting could be that i messed up?
