Hi guys,
I need your help with Mail app in OS X Mountain Lion: I set up an Hotmail accont and it works fine sending and receiveng mail.
But if I read a mail on my iPhone or iPad, that mail is still marked as unread on my Mac. Is there a way to get the email account synchronized on my Mac as it is on my iOS devices?

Depends on if you have your Mail setup as POP or SMTP mail on your Mac. If you set it up as SMTP then you'll notice that when you read it on one device, the other one will show that it has been read. If you read it through Safari or another Web Browser at Hotmail, then again, it would show that it was read on your phone as well.
My account is set as POP3 in receiving and SMTP in sending. I can't use IMAP in Hotmail...
