IPhone 5s Display seems to be loose at the upper right front corner?

The phone is brand new - what would be the best way to fix this?

Thank´s in advance for your help

I have a similar problem. Admittedly, I have dropped my phone a couple of times. At some point I noticed that the top right of the screen seemed to be loose, (did not notice a clicking sound) I never noticed it being loose before so I'm not sure if this happened prior to dropping it or after. But I dropped it gain recently, now noticed that both sides of the top screen is loose and the touch screen isn't working. I brought it to a local service center, they tell me the warranty is void because of a couple of chips on the phone. Now they are charging me $380 (almost $400) for a replacement unit.

MInd you I have an iPad (1st Gen) I have dropped several times and to this day it still works fine.
