I have the same problem. I'm taking it back for a replacement later today.
Hi there,
I have received my brand new iPhone 5S last Monday, and I have noticed the exact same thing, the upper right corner is a bit loose when I gently press on it.
Is it an issue that can only be fixed with a replacement?
Thanks

Thanks
Take it to Apple and find out.

For what insane reason would anyone attempt to "fix" a brand new phone?
Take the device back to the manufacturer or retailer and get it replaced.
Hi! I've got the same issue. What should I do if there is no Genius Bar or apple store in my country? It is very annoying problem for me. I'm constantly clicking on that corner it's so obsessive!
Call Apple Care and arrange a mail in replacement.
same problem here.
Top right corner of the screen is loose and makes a slight clicking noise when i push it
I suppose it may be a lack of glue on plastic middle frame in right corner. I tried to warm up that place with hair dryer and press it for a while - popping sound remained 😢
Hi There djcphoto
Did they give you a new phone?
Hi Guys
Anyone got the replacement ??? My new iphone5s has the same issue ..:(
Within 60 seconds of showing my loose screen Apple shop said they would replace the handset. Remember to take your original box.
I contacted Apple Online retail and they arranged the shipping of a brand new unit, and after I confirmed I was happy, also arranged the pick-up of the old faulty unit.
I had a 5s top right corner and side clicked when i pressed on it, apple exchanged it for another and this one is worse this make a louder click from the center of the screen. had nearly every iphone going and this has to be the worst built one 😟
Instead of whining in these user to user support forums, contact Apple directly to address it.
I have a similar problem. Admittedly, I have dropped my phone a couple of times. At some point I noticed that the top right of the screen seemed to be loose, (did not notice a clicking sound) I never noticed it being loose before so I'm not sure if this happened prior to dropping it or after. But I dropped it gain recently, now noticed that both sides of the top screen is loose and the touch screen isn't working. I brought it to a local service center, they tell me the warranty is void because of a couple of chips on the phone. Now they are charging me $380 (almost $400) for a replacement unit.
MInd you I have an iPad (1st Gen) I have dropped several times and to this day it still works fine.
