How to transfer contacts from Mac to iPhone WITHOUT Sync

Hi guys,

My iPhone has been sent off for repairs and I have been kindly lent the use of an iPhone 4 (iOS 6.1.3). I was just wondering if there is a quick and easy way to transfer the contacts on my Mac (OS X 10.8.5) from the contacts app (formerly adress book) to the iPhone 4 without iTunes/iCloud sync. The iPhone I was lent is set up with a different iCloud and iTunes account and syncing it with my iTunes/iCloud will mess up all its settings, apps etc. for when I have to return it.

Thanks for your help!

Ps I have permission to put my contacts on the phone 😉 - just not to delete or change existing ones and setting etc which is understandable.
