got a used nano from Gamestop. I can't sync. under file/device the sync icon is gray. ALSO, when I attach the ipod to my pc I get a message suggesting I change the default for audio files, suggesting I go to the control panel to fix. Suggestions??
I bought a used nano at gamestop. I can't sync. sync icon is gray. ALSO, when I hook up the nano to my pc, I get an error message saying I must change the default file for audio. I click yes to do it and get many 'extension' and 'protocol' options. suggestions?
