i had installed goodreader with many annotated books but, by error uninstalled it... is any way after reinstalled get books back???

I have two accounts one in greece and one paid in Cyprus (from Cyprus app store the goodreader)....

so i deleted goodreader, if restore whole ipad

prior restore the whole ipad i must install goodreader app to ipad or not?
