Q: new iphone giving message it is not authorized to access my library.  how can I fix this??? SO annoying.  "manage devices" doesn't give me an option to add the new phone.

I made an insurance claim and had to get a new iPhone.  I have the 5, not the newest 5s or 5c, the previous 5.  When I am NOT plugged into my MacBook I cannot access "my library" of songs that are on my macbook.  I can play them through my new phone if the phone is plugged into my macbok but not if I unplug the phone and try to play the songs while I'm away from home.  Help!!!  I do not see my new phone in the "managed devices".  I've restarted the phone and macbook and upgraded to OS7.  Nothing is working.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.2
