Q: Why can you no longer search the web from the spotlight search bar?

I just upgraded to iOS.7 and the spotlight search no longer searches the web. Why would that be?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.2

Apple removed that feature from the search.

As to the why? Only Apple knows.

Probabley because it was redundant and not used much. Most people use a browser to search the internet as that's where spotlight would send you anyway.
