Try this: Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store and press your Apple ID and then press logout. Then, log back in and try again.
Make sure, prior to logging out of your Apple ID, that the music app is closed. Do this by double-tapping the home button and then swipe UP on the app preview window above the icon.

My iphone is doing the same thing. tried restoring, hard reset, sign out and back into itunes store and nothing. Did you ever get it working?
My iPhone 5s is also doing the same thing. I had the same problem on my iPhone 4s. Sometimes, it works for a while, but most of the time it is temporarily unavailable. My match is working on my iPhone.
iTunes Radio is working on my PC. So my account should be OK.
I tried to logout and back in. Also tried restarting phone. Neither worked.
I opened a support ticket with Apple. The customer service rep said this is a known issue and that is is being escalated.
Please open a ticket with Apple if you also have this issue. This will help give proper attention to this issue.
Hello,
OK, I will admit that I am old and not that computer savvy right up front, However.....
I recently had to rebuild my computer about 3 weeks ago with entirely new insides. Unfortunately, this also involved re-loading Win7 64 from afresh and all of my 25+ programs, updating drivers, etc. Slow work, but I have been trying for the past 3 days to re-install I-Tunes radio without any success. I can get the download, enter my Apple password, and finally arrive at the I-Tunes main page, which now look absolutely nothing like it did before, when all was working just fine. Attempts to bring up the radio do nothing.
I see by some of these other comments that there may possibly be issues with I-Tunes radio itself. Can someone confirm that to be the case, so I won't keep beating my head against the wall? Or, at least, point me in the correct direction.....
Thanks.
I had the same issues with iPad itunes radio. I called and was transfered to a senior advisor at Apple who has cheerful and knowledgable but couldn't fix it. I searched around my devices and came across something that happened to work. Without explaining too much of my situation, here is what worked for me.
Attach iPad to computer with cable, open itunes.
In the Summary tab, under Options, check the box "Sync with this iPad over Wi-Fi"
Voila.
I've read many forums with users who offered a fix, but it didn't work for me. If this doesn't work for you, I apologize. This is my first post in Apple forums. Perhaps there's another setting I already have configured that needs to work in conjunction with this.
So it only worked for one day. Turns out that was a coincidence, and after doing a complete restore, seems like it's a hardware issue. And Apple is still working on resolving my issue. I also found out that you cannot delete posts on these discussion boards. So instead of just teasing you guys, I have to plague you with an apology. Whatever...
I have the same problem on my iPhone 5c, iTunes Radio currently seems to work fine on the iPhone 4s but it has had the same problem in recent days.
I have tried all the suggestion except restore from back-up or full on factory restore. That didnt seem to work for others so I have not tried.
I have fixed my problem.... Do you ever move the date forward in settings (maybe for Candy Crush?) If you go in to settings and move the date forward a day or two, then go and start iTunes Radio and while its playing go back and set your date correctly or automatic.
Worked for me.
Someone else posted a response that fixed my issue.
The problem was changing my time in settings so I could advance in Candy Crush. Apple didn't seem to be aware of this.
I have Apple TV, an iMac, iPhone, MacBook Pro, and an iPad. Only device with the issue was the Only device I changed the time on, my iPad is the only one with Candy Crush. How stupid.
To actually fix it I restored the iPad. You might be able to search an easier solution based on this fact.
That fixed my problem with iTunes Radio on a new iphone 6.
- sync to a computer
- sign off then back on Settings -->iTunes & App Store
