Missing data only after iOS 7.02 update

After the iOS 7.02 update, I've lost half my notes and majority of my book downloads... and while I see, re-sync to iTunes store and check ID, many of my books I didn't download from the iTunes store. Now what? There are literally 15+ odd books missing. I had them all with the first iOS 7.0 update now they are gone, so I know should haave been backed on my compter.
