I am getting the following popup message when I am plugging my new iPhone 5s into my laptop using the charging cable. This laptop is not used for syncing and does not even have iTunes installed. I've had an iPhone for all 4 years I've owned this computer and have never had this issue before:

That link shows you what the alert *should* look like intead of the code string that you're seeing.
The same thing happened to me today, not sure why.
