Account Restrictions Preventing Apple ID Sign-In

Hello Everyone,

I'm hoping that someone can help me out here. I manage a deployment of corporate-owned iPads for my Enterprise. When we deploy devices, we turn on the Restrictions and change it so Accounts cannot be changed. This prevents the user from using the Mail app, since personal email is not allowed on these devices.

With iOS 6, the Accounts restrictions started affecting signing into an iTunes Account. When the user recieves the device, they have to sign in with their iTunes Account, as we have not put an account on there. The way we got around this was to have the users go to the Purchased tab and sign into their account that way.

However, now with iOS 7, that feature has been disabled, and now I cannot find a way to sign into my Apple ID when Account Restrictions are turned on. As mentioned, turning off the restrictions is not an option, they need to be on but also I need my users to be able to sign in.

Any thoughts? Thanks for the help in advance!

iPad, iOS 7.0.2
