Cannot Connect to App Store

After i upgrade my iphone 4S to IOS7, i start to get an error while logging App Store "Cannot Connect to App Store". Btw i am sure that my phone totally connect to internet. I have never seen this status before at IOS 5, 6.

Well, iOS 7 has many problems.Try hard resetting your device (hold power and home buttons together for 7 seconds).

You can also deactivate and then activate wifi again or you can log out and then log in your Apple ID again.
