my iphone was stolen i have saved everything on itunes and icloud but my laptop was stolen aswell now how can i get my contacts back

If you were using iCloud to sync your content you may be able to retrieve your contacts, iCloud emails, iCloud calendar events at http://www.icloud.com by logging in with your Apple ID.
