I have disabled my iPad and my laptop has broken so can't connect to iTunes to restore

I have disabled my iPad as forgot my pass code. My laptop is broken so can't connect to iTunes to restore the iPad can anyone help me I'm at the end of my tether.

You need to connect to iTunes and restore. there is no way around it.
