I have disabled my iPad as forgot my pass code. My laptop is broken so can't connect to iTunes to restore the iPad can anyone help me I'm at the end of my tether.

Every time I try to download iTunes on my laptop it stops at 99% and doesn't finish the download does anyone have any help or suggestions on how to fix this problem so I can fix the iPad. Thanks

Reboot and when you downloaded make sure you click save not run
