Norton Notification..let me know "Vulnerability Blocked.. I dont know what to do

This isn't a live chat forum, if you were thinking that it was. By the way, it's not a good strategy to make as post as having "Solved" your issue unless it really is solved. People will generally bypass threads marked as Solved since we understandably presume that no further responses are required.

Norton Antivirus is possibly the worst antivirus app (beside MacKeeper) to install on a Mac.

It, generally, will give false positives as well as affect system performance. Norton Antivirus for the Mac is more malware/"crapware" and offers no real virus protection and can do more harm to your Mac's performance than the so called good it claims to do!

Completely uninstall Norton Anitvirus.
