Q: ive tried everything and i cannot download ios 7! everytime i do it over itunes it comes up with the 1349 error message or something and i fixed that and it still comes up with errors, also if i try it on my iphone it says im not connected to the internet

i am connected to the internet when i start the download and at no point do i get disconnected? ive tried using my friends wifi's too and the same happens? HELP!
