Q: digital copy download

problem with digital copy. it will not play after intro.

          i bought a dvd , cd, digital copy combo of  "star trek into darkness"

          the download went find.

          when I start the movie, it does

        the movie has been downloaded correctly on Mac Book pro late 2008 (snow leopard).

        video player is itunes 11.1

        when I start the movie, a screen appear with a choice of three country

               United states

               Mexico

               Brasil

        Being in Canada, I choose United State to see the movie in English.

        Intro start playing and the menu bar appear.

        I press play to see the movie and nothing appends.

 

        When i register to your site, I did insert all the proper info and Canada was the country indicated.

        Is there a fix for this issue.
