Custom Repeats on ICal iOS7

Can anyone Tell me how to schedule events that occur for example M-F only?

The old calander app let you select which days an event occurs. This new one only seems to give the following options:

Never,

Every Day

Every Week

Every Month

Every Year

The ability to schedule something that occurs on certain days of the week throught a year seems like a basic concept for a calander app to me. I would think apple would be smart enough to allow a user to do this. Any idea's?
