Q: lost text tones after update to 7.0.2

i can see them on itunes when i connect to my PC, but they have an exclamation point next to them. i can't play them or sync them to the phone.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.2

If you are seeing an exclamation mark, then that means that iTunes cannot find the file to playback and sync. The article below will assist with finding those files.
