Sep 30, 2013 5:52 PM in response to lisa1357by randers4,If you mean on your iPad and this is an iCloud email account, try going to Settings>iCloud, turning Mail off (which will temporarily remove the account from your iPad), then after a minute or so turn Mail back on (to add the account back). Then try sending again.
