Sep 30, 2013 5:49 PM in response to treidnoteby randers4,If you are a former MobileMe subscriber your plan will automatically change to 5GB tomorrow (which is why you can't choose Done). If that's what you want, you don't need to do anything.

According to Apple, it is only temporarily disabled, and will resume working when you purchase adequate storage (although it's unclear if there is a delay or not). From (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5527):
"If the storage you're using in iCloud exceeds the total storage available, iCloud Backup, Documents in the Cloud, and iCloud Mail will temporarily stop working. To resume using these features, you can either reduce the amount of iCloud storage that you're using, or purchase a storage plan with a larger amount of storage than you're currently using."

Have you been able to get your mail back?
Have you contacted Apple about it? If you haven't, I would give them a try to see what they can find.

Jan 6, 2014 7:25 PM in response to randers4by swampi5,I am not a MobilMe subscriber. The 'done' button isn't accessible when tapped. Can only exit which also takes me back to the large plan I had this past year and do not need anymore. Why doesn't the 'done' button do anything?
