Lag with iOS 7.0.2 software on iPhone 4s

Has anyone else experienced lag time on pretty much everything since updating? Even just trying to get into my settings tab is a haste. My iTunes app won't load at all and I keep having to reset my network to get my internet to halfway work! The new layout and icons are nice, but Over all I'm not happy with the new software and really regret updating. I've tried turning my phone off and letting it "re-set" and have looked around on the internet to find out if anyone is having similar problems and or have fixes. I hope apple will fix these bugs in the very near future.
