Hi - Cant find right place for this , just want an answer
Ive ordered iphone 5s , on release day. Ive still got Dispatched October. Can anyone tell me when something might happen?
Losing hope with apple atm , paided alot just for this.

I feel the same way, I just want my order to be prosses and be shipped out to my location ...! I been waiting all day today to see if they give me any updates but nothing ...! I started to feel irritated andl so anxious ...! 😢
Same issue. I ordered on 20th Sep and it only says "Dispatched: October". Even if you go and buy a new one it says the same. Hopefully apple will update soon and give better date estimates.
I just checked the Canadian site and it says the samething.
I ordered a 5s on the 20th and mine still says October, I rang apple this morning and they said that if you have ordered it then your on a waiting list and that they couldn't tell me if it was beginning or end of October that it will be delivered but they will email when it gets dispatched :/
It's all about inventory, they were like "Ships within 2-3 business days" just for minutes... i guess the only way you could get it ASAP if it was not from a store it was getting it from someother website (like i did) for a couple of more dollars

Nope, as nobody here would know anything of Apple's supply and shipping status

Mine has changed this morning to preparing for dispatch and should be with me within 3-5 working days.

Mine is still Dispatched Oct and I also ordered on 20th. Hopefully it will change soon for me as well.
