how to download xcode on mac ox 10.7.5

i always try to download xcode but it doesnt allow to download because it is not capable for this device .
i need a solution for it for mac ox 10.7.5

You have to go in the developer site, log in with your Apple ID, and download the previous version of XCode (4.6).

You can find it by choosing view downloads here: https://developer.apple.com/xcode/

Your account has to be linked to a PAID developer account to gain access to the older code revs. Boo.
