Is apple going to fix this?
Help! I have an iphone 4, which doesn't offer the "reduce motion" effect and iOS 7 is making me feel sick!!
iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.2
Settings>General>Accessibility.

Only works on iPhone 4S and later. Not an option on iphone 4.
If you have an iPhone 4, then you don't have the "motion" feature to begin with or dynamic wallpaper.
And you know this how? Yes, there's motion on the iphone 4 in iOS 7, and there's no way to stop it.
Is apple going to fix this?
