How to stick dashboard weather widgets to a fixed location?

Hi Apple Folks

I have been looking for the answer of this question for ages since started using Leopard, and now it still happens on my Snow Leopard and Mountain Lion. I have no idea how to fix it.

Apparently it's not only me got stuck on this. Here is another post on the net with screenshots illustrating the issue. Of course, the answer of the post did not help for me.

I initially thought that the displacing issue could be caused by the changing animation of weather for each widget, therefore I left significant space around each weather widget and they still move over time.

Is there anyone here whose weather widgets are fixed in its place?
