ios 7 is making me dizzy!

ios 7 is making me dizzy and giving me headaches. I tried the “slow motion” down but I'm still getting headaches. I can’t go back to ios 6 because of error code 3194. Do I now just have to go out and get a different phone just so I can work? Help me !!
