Can Apple add cutoff and resonance filters to Garageband?

Well, filters are very essential to almost all music apps, so I would like to request a filter feature, one that allows us to either select points in the song then connecting them together through tapping or a pad, that filters cut off and resonance, or mainly cut off or resonance, but cut off is still the most important thing. Perhaps just cut off and resonance, Flangers and phasers are not really that important. That's all I need, and that would make garageband a lot more than jam and bread.
