When to Run First Aid in Mountain Lion&#x27;s Disk Utility - For Dummiesremove parallels, sophos, and blackberry, one at a time, and see if the problem is fixed. In particular, you don&#x27;t need Sophos, because you don&#x27;t need antivirus software on your mac. Sophos is also notorious for causing problems.
