Text messages not coming through since upgrade

I'm having the same issue.

I hate this new system. I want my old system back. Apple needs to pay attention. This upgrade is making people angry. I don't know who can or can't see my texts. I can't receive from some. Yesterday, I couldn't get son's texts; today, my husband's. What gives?

I get the notifications with partial message but when I go to Messages nothing there! Has been working fine since recent upgrade until today. ****, I hate this.
