How come my iPhone iOS tells me that I have 25 GB storage and customer support writes that my storage allocation was reduced to 5 GB?

Today I received an email from iCloud that my storage was reduced to the free 5 GB after I had 25 GB of free web space being a former MobileMe customer. But my iPhone tells me that I still have 25 GB of online storage. How come?

Welcome to the Apple community.

I think you will find that they are just a little bit slow at removing your storage, don't worry it will happen sooner or later.
