Q: Closing Open Apps etc???

I see a double tap of home shows all open apps. Should I be closing them all once in a while? Surely it slows everything down having them there?

How to Close Apps

Double Tap the Home Button... Then swipe the App (not the icon) Upwards... Tap the Home Button when finished.

Before you start closing down all your background app willy-nilly, ceck which of them might be doing something useful in the background. For example, if you check around on this forum, you'll see that Reminders needs to be running in the background to make geo-fenced reminders ("when I leave home" or "when I get to work") work.
