Apple TV keeps going back to main menu

I recently updated my Apple TV to latest software,

Yesterday I purchased some TV episodes through Apple TV, while watching the episodes at random times, it went to the main menu (No warning messages or anything like that). I had to go back open the episode forward it to where it was left off and continue watching. It did this, I think 4-5 times while watching two episodes. As you can imagine, it was extremely annoying. In the middle of the episode all of a sudden it cuts of and goes back to the mail menu.

Do you have any idea why it is doing this or anybody else experienced something like this?

Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.

Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Restart your router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
Reset the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings)
Restore the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Restore)

Actually you are quite wrong, it's still settings > general > restart. If you spent a little more time reading and thinking rather than throwing a tantrum, you'd have noticed this thread is from 2013, so the user is clearly using an Apple TV 3 or earlier. The method I described for a restart is still the way it's done on those models.
