Unable to download paid podcast subscriptions.

Hi,

In iOS 6 I was able to drag and drop a podcast to my iPod touch and iPad, then download my paid podcast subscription independently without the use of iTunes. Now in iOS 7 I can't download my paid podcast subscription at all! Plus, iTunes 11.1 delete half of my podcast library! Please someone help me with this issue.
