I cannot "accept" new Itunes Terms and Conditions on my iphone. Is there a way to accept? It will not email, nor is there an accept button at end of the 54 pages.

I am trying to download new apps, says I need to accept new ITunes "terms and conditions", however I find no way to "accept". No button to hit and the "send email" will not go when I try hitting it.

I had this same issue. When accessed from my iPhone, the iTunes Connect terms and conditions showed a 'Reject' button but no 'Accept' button. I tried resetting my phone with no luck. I then thought to view the terms and conditions from my PC at https://itunesconnect.apple.com/WebObjects/iTunesConnect.woa/wa/jumpTo?page=cont actUs. Before I could use the contact page, it asked me to log in. I used the same account I'd been attempting to set up from my phone and sure enough, it asked me to sign the terms and conditions first -- and displayed the 'Accept' button! Yay!

Hi Mwalblay!

You should attempt to perform a reset on your phone, then attempt to accept the terms and conditions again:

iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

If you are still experiencing issues after resetting the phone, you should attempt to restore the phone according to the instructions found here:

  1. Launch the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down to Safari
  3. Under “Privacy and Security” change Block Cookies from “Always” to “From third parties and advertisers”
  4. Go back and scroll to the button and select “Clear Cookies and Data”
  5. Exit Settings.
  6. Double click the home button to bring up the task switcher
  7. Swipe up on the App store to force it to quit
  8. Relaunch the app store

I read this entire thread because I have this problem 3 years later (Dec 25 2016). Cannot redeem emailed itunes code and none of the remedies here work. I am on a MacBook Pro -- NOT an iphone so iphone-specific advice is useless to me. If I click on the "Redeem Now" button in the email I am taken to a "Download iTunes for Windows" page, which is useless: I don't have Windows and I do already have iTunes.

If I open iTunes, log in, go to the redeem dialogue and enter the code I am given the above message: "you must read and agree to the new Terms & Conditions in order to proceed". There is no place in the iTunes app that even faintly resembles such a page of Terms & Conditions and the Terms of Use page has NO such button.

If I l

Further if I log in with Safari I have exactly the same problem. Tried to follow advice from this thread -- nothing is remotely helpful. Cookies, by the way, ARE turned on. And I cleared all cookies just to see if that helps. This is about the 100th time that iTunes has eaten hours of my time for a task that SHOULD have been accomplished with the click of a button. Very frustrating.

You are posting about an entirely different problem, and you are posting about a problem on a Mac, and this is the iPhone forum. I would suggest that you post a new question in the appropriate forum. Provide complete information starting from the beginning. What iTunes code in an email? Are your referring to a gift?

Start a new post and provide as much information as possible.
