since i upgraded to ios7 I get the following message when opening most apps. Connect to iTunes to Use Push Notifications "Facebook" (or which ever app I open) notifications may include alerts, sounds and icon badges. OK Does anyone know of a fix?

reset all settings

settings- general- reset - reset all settings

now reconnect to wifi

settings - wifi- click network name - enter password - join

if issue persists backup info and restore via itunes

I am having same issues. I cannot get any push notifcations on my i5 phone since I downloaded the 7 update. I have tried all these steps with exception of erase and reset, which is what I would not like to do.

I got the answear! go to setting>general>reset>reset all settings after it restarted connect to the wifi and you are done! hopes this helps
