My HP printer worked fine with my Mac for years. Now all of a sudden it can't find an updated driver for it? I can't use my printer at all because they don't make a driver for my Mac. Is this something to bring up with Apple or with HP and is there any way to fix it without contacting them?

When my computer does an automatic update it says this:
It cannot contact the server to get the software. That could be a problem on the server end, or on your network.
Try restarting your Router and your Mac, then try again.
Go to this HP webpage, find your particular model, download and manually install the driver: HP Support, Drivers, Contact and Help Forums | HP ® Support

No I can clearly get on the internet and everything. I have tried about a hundred times at different times of the day.
I will try getting the driver from the HP website, but I have already done that a couple times. It's not that I don't have a driver it's that it wants an update and then when I got to search for it I get that message.
I guess it was my printer that wasn't setup right with my router. Thanks!
Never mind after installing my printer I am getting this: I guess I have a 7400 not a 4700.

It doesn't matter that you are connected to the internet. Apple's update mechanism has to negotiate a connection with the secure servers. Sometimes that gets corrupted going through certain routers. Restarting the router may help clear that up and is usually very simple to try.
That printer is also supported.
